Code of Conduct

Our Intent

Gild Curated Circuits are intentionally small, invitation-only events for peers. Each event is carefully designed to foster thoughtful dialogue, trust-based connection, and meaningful exchange among leaders.

The quality of the experience depends on the collective behavior of everyone involved. By participating in a Gild event, attendees agree to uphold the standards below.

What We Expect

Be present and intentional

  • Participate with curiosity, openness, and respect for perspectives different from your own.
  • Share insights with the goal of contributing to the collective, not performing or self-promoting.

Protect balance and inclusion

  • Be mindful of speaking time so all voices have space to be heard.
  • Support balanced participation by inviting quieter members into the conversation.
  • Avoid dominating, redirecting, or controlling the discussion.

Honor trust and confidentiality

  • Gild events are high-trust spaces by design.
  • What is shared within the group stays within the group unless explicit permission is given by all parties involved.

Keep it relational, not transactional

  • Gild events are non-commercial environments.
  • Pitching, recruiting, selling, or lead-harvesting is not permitted.

Respect the experience

  • Arrive on time and remain engaged for the full duration of the event.
  • Treat fellow participants, hosts, and Gild team members with professionalism and care.

Enforcement

Gild is committed to protecting the integrity, safety, and quality of its events.

If behavior compromises the experience or balance of the group, Gild team members may:

  • Intervene during the event
  • Ask a participant to step away
  • Remove the participant from future Gild event invitations
